To request a quote with no obligations and free of charge please send me an email or direct message including your name and/or your company's name and an overview of the project. In order to provide an accurate quote I need as much information as possible about the project, such as the: number of words, original file format (eg. .docx, .odt), Deliverable file format, deadline, content of the text to be translated (eg. part of the original text). However, translations of scientific, literary or artistic texts to which intelectual property rights may be applied, (even though they may be renounced), are subject to VAT charges but may be declared exempt. Clients outside of the EU and outside of Spain will be responsible for VAT charges in accordance with the applicable laws.

Important * Certain file formats, in particular pdfs which cannot easily be converted to text, require a lot more time and effort to translate than standard editable text files. Consequently, there may be a surcharge for translating files in certain formats and printed documents.
